OUR BEERS
pils, Lager, IPA, Weizen, Amber
We, the Brewers of Dimont, chose to brew our beers at the foot of Italy's Friulian mountains so that we could use the fresh, cool waters that gush forth from their rocks for our beers following the instructions of the mountain sprites that locals call 'Sbilfs' who guided us in our choice. Our beers are not filtered and not pasteurized. And they preserve all the microelements that give them their taste and aromas and differentiate them from processed and fake craft beers.
Storage:
We store our beers in refrigerator cells at 6° C / 42° F and we do our best to manage distribution without the need to transport them at higher temperatures. Please try to store them in an environment at a temperature below 20°C / 68° F and away from light .
Consumption:
Our beers have a 'best-before' life of 12 months, so we suggest you always drink them while still young because craft beers rarely improve over time.

BLONDE GJAN
LOW FERMENTATION BLONDE LAGER
- Alcohol content 4.8%
- Bitterness index 23 IBU
Characteristics: fresh hop aromas that follow through onto the palate. While not a 'sweet' beer, it has no bothersome bitter taste sensations and is moderately alcoholic and light-bodied. Very refreshing and inviting drink.
Pairings: light and cold dishes, steamed or grilled fish, white meat appetizers, fresh cold cuts and light cheeses, and obviously pizza with light toppings.

PILS LICJ
LAGER PILS WITH LOW FERMENTATION
- Alcohol content 5.2%
- Bitterness index 32 IBU
Characteristics:beer type much beloved in Bavaria and Bohemia, where the finest hops grow. Still a lager, but with a rather hoppier aroma component and thus characterized by a typical somewhat bitterish aroma. Very refreshing and easy on the palate - goes well with main course dishes.
Pairings: light appetizers, salads, risotto, minestrone, cheese fritters and bruschetta.

WEIZEN PAVAR
WEIZEN HIGH FERMENTATION
- Alcohol content 4.8%
- Bitterness index 16 IBU
Characteristics: its freshness and fragrant wheat aromas make it the summer beer par excellence with its low alcohol levels and characteristic turbidity created by its wheat content.
Pairings: as it is fresh and refreshing, it goes better with lighter dishes such as pizza Margherita, asparagus risotto, and ricotta and spinach 'tortini' savoury pies.

AMBER BAGAN
AMBER WITH HIGH FERMENTATION
- Alcohol content 5.6%
- Bitter index 27 IBU
Characteristics: its amber colouring is redolent of copper, but it is not a very malty dark beer since it is actually the use of caramelized malt that gives it its very deep colour and intense aromas. A contemporary beer that fascinates with its diversity. Can be consumed even when chilled.
Pairings: stuffed focaccia, porchetta, sausage (including spicy), pizza with rich tasty toppings.
